In Web3 projects, truly outstanding teams are often not built around star figures. On the contrary, the most important members are those "glue" employees—those who quietly drive everyone to perform better but rarely receive the recognition and rewards they deserve.

These behind-the-scenes heroes are especially critical in DAO governance, development coordination, and community operations. They may not have the most eye-catching titles, but they use their collaborative spirit to hold the entire ecosystem together. Unfortunately, incentive mechanisms tend to favor top contributors, lacking effective recognition of these indispensable yet easily overlooked roles.

Project teams should reflect: those who are best at "hiding their contributions" may actually be the key to the project's long-term stable growth.

Honestly, the project teams really need to wake up. They keep hyping up star team members every day, while those who quietly handle coordination are getting exhausted.

This is very true. Many projects fall apart because of a lack of such talent, and the quiet individuals are often the most crucial.

That's so true. I know people like that around me, who work silently without seeking recognition, but when it comes to token distribution, they get nothing.

To be honest, I've seen too many projects fail because they couldn't find people like this... Really, those low-profile coordinators are worth much more than sales bosses.

That's right, it's the people who work silently behind the scenes that support the entire project, while those who tweet every day end up taking the big share.

I deeply agree. I've seen too many projects fail because of skewed incentive mechanisms, and once star employees leave, the entire operation falls apart.
