In a bull market full of glory, participants become the focus of attention in a bear market. Early movers are seen as visionaries, while latecomers chasing the high are viewed as harvesting the leeks. This is the harsh truth of the crypto market: a complete zero-sum game. Your gains are someone else's losses, and vice versa. There is no middle ground, no fairy tale of win-win. The winner takes all, and the losers are out. In this brutal game, tears won't change the outcome.

Listen, I've heard this rhetoric too many times. When the bear market comes, you start telling stories? Honestly, that's how the crypto world is. Some make money, others lose money. It's hard to say who is right or wrong. Zero-sum game? Come on, I've seen too many communities where people help each other out. Reflecting on chasing highs in a bull market is indeed necessary, but there's no need to demonize everyone. The best time to hear such words is when you're losing money. Truly classic. Instead of lamenting, think about how to seize the next opportunity. The "winner takes all" argument is probably just an excuse for their own failures. Tears can't change anything, but changing strategies can change the outcome.

To be honest, the bear market indeed exposes human nature completely. However, I have to question the assertion that zero-sum games are the only explanation. Is it really deserved to be cut if you go all in? People who know the risks and still go all in, how can they blame others?

To be honest, I've heard this kind of rhetoric too many times, but those who truly survive understand that the key is location and timing.

Uh, that's a bit absolute, but it really hits home.

This zero-sum theory is too absolute. Is that how the crypto world is? Then how do we explain liquidity mining in the DeFi ecosystem?
