Institutional giants are recently pushing a viewpoint: Bitcoin has broken out of the traditional four-year cycle curse. Grayscale's analysis suggests that the market structure itself has undergone a fundamental change. The previous logic of price driven by halving cycles has now been broken — the rhythm of institutional capital inflows and outflows has changed, and the influence of the macroeconomic environment is also reshaping. In other words, BTC's price behavior is no longer solely determined by blockchain cycles but is deeply linked to traditional finance, macro policies, and large capital flows. This means that to predict Bitcoin's trend, simply focusing on the four-year cycle chart is no longer enough.

Uh, are the institutions fabricating stories again? I don't believe that the halving cycle is invalid; it's just that they now have greater influence.

The Grayscale argument is a bit far-fetched. Do they really think that institutional entry can change the cycle? I believe that the same logic is still operating behind the scenes, only now it’s wrapped in a macro policy guise.

Hi, I've heard this set of rhetoric from institutions too many times. Every time they say "this time is different," but what happens? Isn't it just history repeating itself with a slap?

It has proven that institutional entry indeed changes the game, and the halving cycle theory is now a bit outdated... I need to dig deeper into the data to verify the cross-asset correlation.
