To assess a person's future growth trajectory, I focus on two key dimensions.

The first is self-awareness. This determines whether you can honestly examine your own capabilities and recognize your cognitive blind spots. Without this, no matter how advanced the tools in front of you are, it's difficult to truly leverage their value. Self-deception is the biggest enemy of growth.

The second is attitude towards AI and actual usage methods. Essentially, this is an assessment of how a person reacts to an "amplifier of ability." Are you passively waiting for opportunities, or actively exploring, trying, and iterating? This reflects your desire to learn and your execution ability. In the AI era, these two indicators often predict whether someone can keep up with the pace.

Self-deception is really the greatest enemy, very true. I've seen too many people holding the latest tools but still stuck in the same place, and the key is that they simply don't want to admit where their ceiling is. Taking the initiative to experiment and make mistakes is, in my opinion, the most crucial part. Those who lie flat and wait for opportunities will never catch up.

That's right, self-deception is really spot on. Many people spend all day bragging about how hard they work, but they're just hyping themselves up. AI is really just a sieve, able to see who is genuinely thinking things through and who is just messing around.

On-chain data shows that most people's self-awareness is indeed at address 0x0... Nothing else, just unable to recognize their own ceiling. From my observation, the group that can truly move upward either started using AI for code auditing early on or are still pretending to be busy with no time to tinker. The interesting part is that the trajectories of these two types of people will be completely different three years from now. It is worth noting that the passive waiters... monitoring shows that their wallet growth curve is basically a flat line.
