ETH's volatility index is hitting historic lows—we're talking 0th percentile for the entire year. It's not a typo either. Back in September 2024, I flagged this when DVOL bottomed; now we're staring at July 2024 levels again.

When you compress volatility this hard, something's gotta give. A massive move is brewing—could rip higher or crash lower, but sitting still? That's not happening.
