I was really naive at first with no coding experience. Looking at those accounts in bios that say AI company or follow each other, I thought they at least knew something and could stand on their own. But what happened? Reality hit hard. These people seem capable and have impressive backgrounds, but in reality, they are a mixed bag, and some are even not what they claim to be. This phenomenon is especially obvious in the Web3 and AI circles—fancy titles, but true competence is hard to determine.

The crypto world sounds good when selling, but in reality, they are all paper tigers. Realizing this early is somewhat fortunate.

NGL, this is the norm in Web3, where packaging ability far exceeds actual capability.

ngl, this circle is just a master of hype; resumes can impress, but once you get started, you'll be exposed.

Damn, isn't this exactly what I complain about every day? Resumes are more and more flashy.
Just talking big is useless; those who really get things done are the ones who stay silent.
A bunch of titles in the bio, but when asked about specific technical details, they shut down—laughable.
I've been fooled too, now I only judge by the code, not titles.
This is the real picture of Web3—full of bubbles everywhere.

That's why I usually look directly at the code repo and not the bio. Who doesn't know how to brag?

This circle's superficial articles are truly top-notch; upon opening, it's all just a bunch of nonsense.
