Here we go again. This explanation gets recycled every year, same old story with a new coat of paint. --- Basically, it's just an excuse for themselves. Anyway, losing money can always be blamed on policies. --- I just want to know which time really took off because of a change in personnel. --- The people who are trapped are the most likely to believe this. Instead of hoping for a miracle, it's better to reflect on your own trades. --- Every time, they wait for a savior, but in the end, it's their own wallet that ends up fleeing.
