Hello, if you encounter any issues during the transaction, you can try contacting online customer service for assistance. On the app - Home page - Tap the profile icon in the top left corner - A pop-up page will appear, click the top right corner 🎧 - "Can't find the answer, click here" - Enter "Manual" in the input box below - Select "Transfer to human" in the reply message and choose the relevant issue.
