I'm not myself anymore out there. No cap, lost big when the Believe meta was running hot. Every single trade I make now? It's all emotion. Been trying to claw back, but that's exactly the problem—trying too hard, trading angry. Can't think straight when you're chasing losses like that. The market doesn't care how desperate you are.

Sometimes you just need to step back and remember why you started.
