Looking at the engagement level of this post, you can see how highly everyone regards this founder.
In this circle, respect is not given for free. The truly principled and reliable people I have met are few and far between.
What does it take to become a true leader? It’s being present every day and fulfilling promises every day. Over time, this naturally builds a formidable team. That’s why some projects survive, while others fade away with time.

Well... to be honest, high interaction heat doesn't necessarily mean good character. I've seen many projects that hype up aggressively in the early stages and end up rugging, 🤷

Alright, now that's a real builder, unlike some who just boast every day.

Yeah, that's right. In this circle, it's all about who is really doing the work and who is just talking without action.
Empty promises spoken every day are useless; you have to show up every day.
But on the other hand, are the projects that survive really all like this, or are there only a few?
This founder definitely has some skills; the high level of interaction didn't come for nothing.
There are too many who just shout slogans daily; those who actually get things done are a rare breed.

To be honest, I've heard the term "iron-blooded army" quite a bit, but it's true that many projects fail due to lack of perseverance.

They keep promising every day, but how many actually stick to it? This circle just loves to boast.
