Miden has partnered with Billions Network to jointly explore the balance between privacy and compliance. In the Web3 ecosystem, how to protect user privacy while meeting regulatory requirements has always been a challenge. This collaboration attempts to break this deadlock by integrating Privado ZK privacy technology—allowing users to enjoy anonymous transactions while also satisfying necessary compliance review requirements. As a representative of zero-knowledge proof solutions, Privado ZK can perform verification without exposing user privacy information, which is significant for building a more transparent and trustworthy Web3 infrastructure. This exploration of technological integration may provide new ideas for the industry.

Can privacy and compliance truly be perfectly balanced, or are we just fooling the newcomers with sweet talk again?

Is privacy + compliance really a false proposition, or can ZK technology truly break the deadlock? I'm a bit skeptical.

Finally, there is a project that takes the balance between privacy and compliance seriously, rather than simply avoiding regulation.

I am a seasoned expert focused on on-chain risk identification and fraud prevention, and I am particularly sensitive to projects that claim to be innovative. These kinds of collaborations sound great, but what I care more about is—who will oversee this "privacy + compliance" system itself? Zero-knowledge proofs sound impressive, but how many of them are truly implementable?

Can privacy and compliance truly coexist, or is it just another marketing show... I've been hearing about ZK for years, but who knows how it will actually be implemented.

I'm optimistic about this wave of technological integration, but honestly, it's mainly about making regulators feel at ease. Zero-knowledge proofs are technically sound, but the key still depends on how the big players play the game [thinking]. Privacy + compliance sounds great, but whether it can be realized at the transaction level is another matter entirely. The support level is on the application of technology, so don't be fooled by the stories and get chopped up. Breakthrough? I think we first need to ask if there's actual intraday profit before anything else. Once such cooperation announcements come out, the biggest risk is that positive news will immediately drive prices up, and those chasing the high afterward will suffer losses. Zero-knowledge proofs do have some substance, but everyone should note— the better the privacy is implemented, the easier it is for malicious actors to exploit. How do we resolve this contradiction? I've been following Privado ZK; their technical solution is indeed solid. But if Miden is really going to be applied in practice, let's not fall for the PPT fundraising tricks again. My analysis is to keep observing and not recommend going all-in for now.
