Mars Finance News: According to CoinDesk, Polygon plans to acquire U.S. Bitcoin ATM provider Coinme. According to sources, Polygon intends to spend between $100 million and $125 million to complete the acquisition, with Architect Partners providing consulting services for the deal. Coinme was founded on May 1, 2014, and is one of the first licensed Bitcoin ATM operators in the United States. It currently operates Bitcoin ATMs in approximately 49 states. The company has previously expanded its grocery store self-service terminal services to include multiple popular cryptocurrencies.
