A group of people are specifically exploiting food delivery merchants for discounts and freebies.
Easily earning over ten thousand yuan a month. According to an enforcement officer from a certain supervision bureau, Most of this group are young people and college students!
Process: select merchants → place order → request a refund (using excuses like foreign objects in the food) → involve customer service → demand compensation → file complaints with relevant authorities.
The entire operation bypasses the merchants, refuses to communicate, and after customer service intervenes and refunds, they demand compensation up to a maximum of 1000 yuan. If not, they threaten to report to relevant departments.
Merchants usually choose to let it go. But once it reaches the complaint stage, some departments might find reasons to impose fines, and it’s no longer just 1000 yuan.
Earning 10,000 yuan a month from this is indeed not exaggerated.
