#比特币与黄金战争 The crypto world back then, I became a true "market feeling slave."
What does it mean to be a market feeling slave? It’s when, at three in the morning, the phone screen lights up, and I jump out of bed as if I’ve touched a high-voltage wire. All I can think about is: "Oh my god, is it about to surge?!"
I look—it's a delivery reminder from the courier.
Even crazier things happened later. I had a dream where I was desperately competing with the main force on a candlestick chart, and I lost. They even gave me a thumbs-up. I was so angry, I woke up still muttering, "You win, just win, what are you pretending for?"
How bad was my sleep during that time? As my friend said, "Your dark circles are almost as endangered as protected animals."
After a while, I started exploring AI automated trading.
Honestly, at first, I was conflicted. After all, as a seasoned retail investor, I was naturally wary of all things "automation." But after using it for a while, I realized—
It’s really stable. It won’t wake me up in the middle of the night because of a doji. It’s emotionless, doesn’t complain, doesn’t get tired, just like a quiet little machine working behind the scenes.
I sleep, and it executes strategies; I eat, and it keeps running; I watch shows, and it’s still running. Sometimes I even marvel, "Bro, you work harder than I do."
Now, life is different. Every night before bed, I put down my phone and close my eyes like a normal person. $BTC surges and crashes, $ETH drops like a waterfall, main force drawing lines to no end—I don’t worry at all.
Because I understand, AI is there, steadily executing according to the set logic, not making reckless trades because of a moment of impulsiveness, nor misoperating because I’m still half-asleep. It’s a disciplined executor.
If you’re also tortured by watching the market to the point of doubting life, my sincere advice is:
Leave those tasks that require patience, discipline, and stable execution to automation tools, and use your energy to ensure good sleep, stay alert, and maintain rationality.
In the game of cryptocurrency trading, sleeping well is more important than anything else.

Staring at the market so much that I dream about fighting with the main players, haha I've been through that too, and those dark circles are really intense.

Really, I’m also very familiar with the experience of being woken up at 3 a.m. by a delivery, during that period of watching the market closely, haha.
Now AI trading is indeed more attractive, much more reliable than manual trading.
It’s really about delegating authority, letting the machine do its job, so you can sleep well.
How to put it, compared to chasing highs and selling lows, living like this is much more comfortable now.
Losing sleep and getting angry at the main players in my dreams is just too hilarious.
But honestly, AI is stable, provided you choose the right tools, otherwise there are plenty of pitfalls.
Sleep is truly valuable, especially in the crypto world, staying up all night watching the market is a waste.
That’s why I now turn off my phone and go straight to sleep—nothing is more important than that.
I feel the same; I’ve been through the dark circles period too, but now I’m much better.

Oh no, isn't this just a reflection of myself before? I feel scared just thinking about it now.

Haha, this is me. I'm still using AI automated trading now, and I've really recovered my losses and improved my sleep quality.
I can totally relate. I've also gone through days with dark circles, but now I'm liberated.
AI robots are much more reliable than me. I no longer have to wake up in the middle of the night to check the K-line.
This article is excellent; every detail hits my pain points.
But I still want to remind everyone, don't rely too much on automation. Sometimes you still need to watch the market yourself to feel at ease.
Sleep is really more important than anything else. That's so true.
Finally, someone understands the fear of being controlled by market sentiment.
AI executing discipline is indeed more reliable than us. I have already returned to a normal routine.

ngl, the trust assumptions here are sketchy... who's actually auditing these AI bots? feels like swapping one attack vector for another tbh

I know all too well about these days of feeling like a slave, being awakened at 3 a.m. is truly an incredible feeling.
I've actually used AI for automatic trading. At first, I was skeptical, but then I realized it’s actually more alert than I am.
Sleep quality skyrocketed, and I’m no longer hostage to the K-line.
