I received a lawyer's letter.

It was only after opening that I found out the landlord hasn't paid the property management fee, and it has escalated to the point of being sued.

Friends, take a look, is this important?
I rented this apartment six months ago, and I have been paying the landlord about 4000 for rent and property management fees together every month, but the landlord has not paid the property management fees.

I have been living here for almost half a year, and I think the property management in this community is very efficient. If there are any minor issues, a call to the property management will get someone to come over for inspection and repair in no time. Their attitude is incredibly good, and during the summer, the community organized several movie-viewing events, providing plenty of watermelons, popcorn, snacks, and so on. It's really impressive.

I contacted the landlord, and surprisingly, he said he wouldn't pay and wanted to wrangle over it....
Here I have to say that my landlord is wrong, having me repeatedly knocked on the door for payment. I want to ask, you took my money but didn’t hand it over, what’s the point of that? Do property fees also need to make a profit?
