I became a Muslim.

Does that change who I am?

No, I am the same Matthew.

Does it change who I direct my worship to?

Yes, I direct it to the one true God. The same God that Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Mohammad worship.

My heart has never been more at peace after accepting Islam.

As a 42+ year practicing Catholic, I must say compared to these short months as a Muslim, I have prostrated more, repented more, gave to charity more and felt the trueness of God more.

Becoming a Muslim gives you the ability to focus at the important things in this life.

Because ultimately, this life we live in is a test. A big test. And when you past this test, the real life starts.

Whether you are a Jew, Christian, Hindu, Buddhist, Atheist or a Muslim, it is not just about attributing peace and success in this life. Remember this!

Look into your heart, submit to and ask God for guidance and inshallah you too will find your way on the straight path.

I respect all of you no matter which religion you choose to follow because at the end of the day, everyone is a creation of God.

I will however say this. If you choose to lead the life of sin, support genocide/war and money/power over doing good in the world, you can unfollow me right now and may God help you for what you have coming for you.

Love and peace be with you always
