When I see this setup, I don’t think fear, I think positioning.

A $23.8B options expiry isn’t about direction first, it’s about pressure. When so much open interest clusters into one date, price stops behaving normally and starts hunting imbalance. That’s when weak hands get shaken and strong positioning gets rewarded.

I’ve seen this many times. Before expiry, volatility compresses, after expiry, structure clears. That’s why I’m not chasing candles here. I’m watching how price reacts around key levels while options unwind.

My take : Expect noise, expect sharp moves, but don’t confuse volatility with trend reversal. When this much risk resets, the real move usually comes after the dust settles. Stay patient, stay liquid, and let the market show its hand.
