Why do recruitment processes avoid candidates over 35 years old?



The version that says people over 35 can't find jobs is a bit outdated.

This year, the HR for the e-commerce operations position doesn't even look at resumes from applicants over 30.

It is estimated that it will become 28 in two years.

After all, more than 10 million college students graduate every year.
