Bitcoin Core has always faced trust challenges in decentralized development, and recently a historic independent security assessment has labeled this open-source software as "mature." The final audit report brought good news. During extensive code review, the audit team did not find any high-risk or medium-risk vulnerabilities. The entire audit uncovered only 2 low-risk issues and 13 optimization suggestions. This result fully demonstrates that Bitcoin Core's code quality has reached industry-leading standards.
