Ordinary people want to turn things around, just focus on these 6 points!
The first is stillness—that is, you must be able to calm yourself down. Many people are busy every day in a chaotic manner, working hard for half a day with no real results. These people may never have thought about why they are busy. Truly capable people appear calm on the outside, but their minds are constantly racing. They will run through all the situations in their mind first—what's the focus? What are the details? What are the key points to success or failure? Focus on the main points and tackle each one step by step. So, truly capable people must be able to stay calm and have a meticulous way of thinking, understanding how to think quietly.
The second point is also a character: Determination—that is, they must be people who can stay committed. In real life, many people change 8 jobs in a year, work on five projects in two years, and basically have no stability. Truly capable people understand that focusing on one thing and doing it persistently will lead to continuous accumulation.
The third, and most important: shame. Don’t be overly shameful or fragile. Truly strong people are independent and follow their own path. As long as it’s within the bounds of the law and can help you earn money, you don’t need to care about what others say. Just feel at ease with yourself. It’s not possible to turn things around if there are too many rules and you care too much about others’ opinions. When people say a few idle words, you can’t sleep well. Over-sensitivity is actually a sign of weakness.
The fourth is unity of knowledge and action. All the real big-money bosses around you are definitely people who are proactive in both thought and action. Those who lack ability tend to overthink and do little, or only bow their heads to work without ever lifting their heads to think. Like an old ox plowing the fields, just working tirelessly without serious contemplation.
The fifth is stability. Your emotions must be stable. Don’t chase after superficial gains and losses. Don’t make impulsive decisions. Don’t care about trivial matters. Never flaunt how much money you have saved, who you know, or how many places you’ve traveled. The more you show off, the more conspicuous you become. Truly capable people have long set themselves to silent mode. Usually, they appear dull or silly; the main purpose is to deceive opponents and also to hide their ambitions and goals.
The sixth point is: before success, learn to abstain. What does abstinence mean? It’s not about sexual desire, but about not mingling with people who indulge in drinking, partying, and entertainment before you have made money. They are all negative energy. Being with them only consumes your time, energy, and money, and erodes your fighting spirit and ability to endure hardship. Only the weak need friends. Truly strong people don’t need friends at all because strength is solitude, and the path of entrepreneurship is also solitary.
