Woke up, brothers, the leader survived another day.

This flu has been really annoying these past two days. I’m not sure if it’s because I went to the crowded town recently and caught something. It feels just like being COVID positive—my throat feels like it’s being cut with a knife, and my nose feels like it’s cemented shut. It’s hard to describe how uncomfortable I am.
I thought I’d just take some medicine, but it’s strange. I never had any side effects from taking 999 Cold Remedy before, but now after just two packets, my toes and fingers are swollen, my mouth is swollen and blistered. My dad said maybe it’s from a fever, but I don’t have a fever—checked with a thermometer and it’s normal. The cold symptoms haven’t improved at all. I’m too scared to keep taking the medicine, so I stopped and just keep drinking hot water because my throat hurts so much. What’s going on? Did I buy fake medicine, or is this flu different this time?
