#ETH巨鲸增持 December 4 Gold Trend Observation: After three days of consolidation, is a breakout imminent?

After the ADP data was released, market expectations for a rate cut increased, and gold prices surged to 4240 before pulling back. Note that this is the third consecutive day without breaking a new high—a typical shakeout and consolidation pattern.

My own strategy: consider opening short positions in the 4220 to 4230 range, with a stop loss at 4238, targeting 4195, 4185, and 4170. If 4195 is broken, you can add to your position. $ETH $BTC

No new highs for three days in a row? This is just a typical wash-trading move by capital pools. Even an old hand like me is tired of seeing it. --- Setting up short positions at 4220-4230? Bro, your stop-loss is a bit too tight. Be careful not to get stopped out. --- First it's rate-cut sentiment, then it's a consolidation pattern. Honestly, it's all just waiting for institutions to set the price, retail investors are just following the crowd. --- Only dare to increase positions after breaking 4195? By the time you add, it's probably already at 4150, haha. --- #ETH巨鲸增持# The whales are accumulating while you're calling for shorts. That's the gap right there. --- Nonfarm payroll data like this is always just a reason people realize after the fact. --- "Wash trading and consolidation"—people use these terms so smoothly, no matter if it's up or down, they can fit them in, huh? --- For reference only, not investment advice, but you already know the answer before placing the order, right bro? --- If gold is supposed to drop, let it drop. Stop always trying to catch the bottom—changing that mindset will save you a lot of losses.

No new highs for three consecutive days, that's definitely interesting. However, I think we might have to wait a bit longer for the 4220 level.

ngl the whole "three-day consolidation = reversal coming" thing feels like tea leaves reading at this point... but the 4220-4230 setup does have that delicious asymmetry to it, no?

You want to crash the market after just three days of shakeout? Heh, I've seen this trick too many times. Repeatedly hitting the top without breaking the high, adding to the position after breaking 4195—I'm impressed by that move.

ngl the whole "three days no breakout = reversal incoming" thesis is giving major cope energy... but also the 4195 support does hit different on the chart, can't lie

No new highs for three consecutive days, this shakeout is really interesting. Definitely a clear signal for a trend reversal, I’ve already set up my short positions. If it breaks 4195, it’s really time to increase my position and bet on a downward move.

Another shakeout? I'm tired of this trick. If it can't even break 4240, it's really time for a trend reversal.
