I used to think I got into this space to change my social class and achieve financial freedom, but now when I go to the supermarket to buy fruit, I subconsciously glance at the yellow-labeled discount section first.

The trading group that used to have hundreds of messages is now as quiet as if no one lives there. No one is sharing their trades anymore, and no one is bragging. This kind of silence is actually pretty real—after all, no one's money comes out of thin air, and losing hurts.

Let's admit it: most of the time, we made money simply because we caught the right trend, not because our skills were so great. Now that the trend is over, the fall is hard to take. Watching your account shrink, the sense of helplessness is even more torturous than the losses themselves.

Downsizing your spending is nothing to be ashamed of—it's survival. Cancel those unnecessary subscriptions, swap those expensive coffees for tea you make at home. Every dollar you save isn't about being stingy; it's about making sure you still have some ammo left during this long winter.

Forget about “thinking big.” In this bear market, if you can avoid liquidation, stay out of debt, and still eat and sleep well, you've already beaten 90% of people.
