There's more chance of bitcoin being dead than the business cycle being over. NOT saying this is the case, just making the point of how strongly I feel about it.

If biotechs are ripping, and emerging market countries are breaking out one after another after multiple decades, silver breaking out, small cap tech etc etc etc.

The market internals tell you everything. Let others focus on popular topics like the Fed, MSTR, Trump comments, Tether.

I could also be wrong, and it's all a coincidence that pretty much every continent on the planet is breaking out. If the Arctic had a stock market, it would probably look bullish too.
