Centralized market making, centralized custody, and even centralized order matching, isn't this playing with fire? I have experienced too many tragedies of exchanges rug pulling, and each time it was a complete mess. It seems that the root of the problem is not the perpetual futures themselves, but rather these CEXs that are greedy and hold too much power.
