Why is the fault tolerance rate so low in the country?

Especially after the age of 30, it is hard to allow you to make mistakes.

Have you noticed:
In the domestic workplace
Once you turn 30, it seems that you have to be "perfect."

You cannot be confused.
Cannot make mistakes
Cannot change direction
Cannot reduce salary
Can't even stop.
It seems that your life has already been shaped.

Why exactly?

The educational model tells us: Don't make mistakes.

From childhood to adulthood:
Wrong answers will result in point deductions, and going off track will lead to criticism.
If your grades are worse than others, you will be labeled.

We are trained to:
Fear of failure, fear of being denied, fear of being different

Naturally, one wouldn't dare to make mistakes after growing up.
But the problem is that in the adult world, opportunities are only given to those who dare to try.

The pace of society is too fast, it doesn't wait for people to slow down.

Rent is increasing.
Housing prices are rising.
The cost of children's education is rising.
Everything is rising
Besides human tolerance and sense of security.

Especially after 30 years old:
Having parents above, children below, and a mortgage in hand.
Anxiety is not an emotion, it's reality.

So society assumes you must:
Stable
Reliable
Can handle big matters

But who can hold on forever?

The company looks at "cost performance", not potential.

Employees at 30 years old are important for the company:
Not a newcomer, it's a cost.

Young people are cheap, hardworking, and can stay up late.
If you don't have enough experience at 30 years old
will be labeled as:
"The label of 'low value, high cost'"

In simple terms:
The workplace is not a nursing home; it is an arena.

The first half of life is spent being hurried.

25 years old with no achievements → Too much of a failure
30 years old and lost → No saving it
35 years old and not climbing up to management → waiting for裁

Even if you want to change careers
Someone can easily persuade you to go back with just one sentence:
"At this age, don't make things difficult for yourself."
