Basically, there are two phases of growth in the financial market in general during a cycle.
- Phase one: created by initial disorder/chaos. It is usually associated with events such as wars, epidemics, natural disasters.... At this point, the surplus value of debt assets increases significantly, real money ( gold ) increases sharply ( due to early inflation absorption ). This phase will fundamentally have real profits ( after deducting inflation and all other costs, fees... ).
- The second phase: created after the first phase, it is generated by the mapping of the inflation caused by the first phase. At this point, news such as wars, epidemics, natural disasters... will often have less impact on the market than the interest rate cuts by the #FED. The central bank's profit-taking move will cause debt assets to depreciate and real money (gold) will begin to distribute inflation to raw materials, fuels, and especially food, real estate.... To stabilize the entire market relatively, a new channel is needed to absorb inflation when gold distributes inflation and the debt assets are profit-taken.
