Yesterday, I discussed with my wife what we want to leave for our child. We talked about stocks of quality companies, such as Google, Nvidia, TSL, and also mentioned gold and Bitcoin. However, my ultimate dream in this life is to leave a piece of private land as a paradise for my child and family, ideally located in New Zealand or Australia (fertile land with abundant resources, isolated overseas with no risks of war or natural disasters).

Why?
Because I believe that the world will inevitably enter a phase of extreme turmoil and reshuffling (wars, inflation, regime collapse, technological singularity, loss of control over social credit systems, etc.) at a certain stage of development, the vast majority of families and individuals will be inevitably caught up in it. The lucky ones may only lose their assets, while the unfortunate ones may even lose their lives. When such great turmoil occurs, if you and your family can preserve your wealth and the wisdom passed down from several generations, you will still be at the table when this big gamble restarts. If you can leave some capital for your family, then your starting line will be much ahead of most people. With such a piece of land, isolated overseas and fertile, capable of self-sufficiency, you can preserve your strength, observe the situation, and thrive during the chaotic phase of the world, and then set sail again to embark on a new journey once the trend is determined.
