Abstract generation in progress

According to Techub News and Bloomberg, Coinbase Inc. has decided to withdraw its lawsuit against DynaPass Inc. DynaPass had claimed that this software company unfoundedly accused the cryptocurrency trading platform of infringing a patent related to two-factor authentication. According to the notice of dismissal submitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California on October 31, both parties reached an agreement, which includes a commitment clause: DynaPass will not sue Coinbase, its customers, suppliers, partners, or other members of the nonprofit advocacy organization Crypto Open Patent Alliance. In the lawsuit filed in September, Coinbase sought a declaratory judgment from the court confirming that the company did not infringe DynaPass's U.S. Patent No. 6,993,658 and questioned the validity of the patent.
