Oracle CEO: OpenAI has the capability to bear an annual cost of 60 billion USD for cloud infrastructure services.

Jin10 data reported on October 14, according to CNBC, Oracle (ORCL.N) CEO Clay Magouyrk expressed confidence in OpenAI, believing that OpenAI is capable of covering the substantial costs of the cloud infrastructure services it consumes. During an interview at the Oracle AI World Conference held on Monday, Magouyrk stated that OpenAI “certainly” can afford to pay $60 billion for a year's worth of cloud resources. In July of this year, OpenAI reached a five-year agreement worth over $300 billion with Oracle. Magouyrk said: “Look at their rise, you know, almost a billion users. This is unprecedented.”
