Solana Mobile/Seeker Activation Issues/Troubleshooting Methods

After a long struggle with the Solana phone @solanamobile, the activation issue has finally been resolved today. Previously, it was stuck on the "Installing system update" step (it seems some people bypassed this step directly). If you're facing the same problem, you can refer to this method.

1. Prepare a Windows laptop or a desktop with a wireless network card.

2. Download and install Quick Connect (Windows version) 60 minutes free, make sure to complete it in time after starting.

3. Download and install MyPublicWiFi

4. Open Quick Connect, no registration needed (I kept failing to register). It seems to come with a temporary account. Switch modes and then click the link directly. See the image below for mode settings.

5. Open MyPublicWiFi, and follow the default settings, then click "start hotspot".

6. Use your seeker phone to select the hotspot "MyPublicWiFi" in WiFi, the password is the default password "12345678", and then connect.

After a long wait, I finally have a progress bar for the update steps that had me stuck. The entire update is expected to last for about ten minutes, and after the final restart, it will enter the official activation process, which can be activated by following the instructions.
It is recommended to download a formal VPN software as soon as you enter, set up the formal VPN properly, and then explore more other options.
