After drifting in the crypto world for so many years, I've had my share of ups and downs, flipping contracts, enjoying spot trading, and occasionally regretting to the point of despair. After opening the position, I just went to sleep, thinking if it blows up, it blows up.
The next morning, I got up and took a look at my account, only to find that the balance had increased by 1000u. I thought I was seeing things, so I opened the contract account and saw that hifi had risen to 0.9u, resulting in a profit of over 140 times! I often saw news and forums where others made over a hundred times profit by investing early in pepe, Sats, etc., but I had never seen a single investment return more than 10 times. This time, I finally tasted the flavor of a hundred times profit, so I quickly closed the position and secured my gains.
Everyone must be very concerned about the whereabouts of this 1000u. I thought I was on a lucky streak, so I made a few more trades on Hifi, hoping to earn another 1000u. Naturally, the result of getting carried away with my luck was that the money I earned by chance was lost again due to my lack of skill. When my losses reached 400u, I chose to stop and preserve some of my gains.
Through this event, my biggest takeaway is that there are plenty of opportunities in the crypto world. Trying more often will eventually lead to a day of overwhelming luck and rewards. However, it’s important to maintain a calm mindset after achieving profits, not to become complacent. After making a big profit, the most crucial thing is not to chase after more wins, but to figure out how to preserve the earnings and wait for the next opportunity. A few days ago, I saw a friend in the community set a rule for himself: after flipping three times, he must shut down his computer and take a break for a while.
