At first, they said I didn't submit a repurchase application, and later I showed them the successful submission screenshot. Then they told me that my IP has other accounts; would I not know if my IP had other accounts?

How much can this scam? I was hacked for over 3000 in total, including three rounds with my wife, a total of four times. The first time I used my home WiFi, they said I submitted my IP address multiple times or shared mobile data. After I submitted, I shared data using my phone; I didn’t understand IP back then, and I lost 700 at that time, really thought it was caused by sharing. The second time I submitted a ticket using my home WiFi, I was charged 4 dollars, and I confirmed with several customer service representatives on how to do it. I asked my wife to buy 500 and submitted it using my phone. For those days, I didn’t let her connect to WiFi, but still, nothing was given, and they mentioned the IP issue again. I submitted using my own WiFi, and they charged me 2900, gave three coins but only one of 700. When I questioned customer service about the IP issue, they said I was using a Deposit Code. Haha, I didn’t do anything, but they just wouldn’t give it to me. Sigh, I’m so disappointed, I’ve lost the mood to play.
