The project party basically doesn't care how the coin price will be. We investors invested in this coin back in May last year, and they promised to issue it in July, but they delayed it for a year before issuing the coin. Moreover, once it was listed, investors were not allowed to sell the coin, and it was only issued to investors after the coin price fell below the issue price.
