Sky Protocol proposes two major structural upgrade plans to strengthen the capital protection framework

Gate News message, April 8, Sky Governance announced on April 7 that it has proposed two structural upgrade plans, aimed at strengthening the protocol’s capital protection framework. The two proposals are: implementing a stronger solvency buffer mechanism, and adopting a more sustainable staking reward model. Sky Protocol said the purpose of this is to reinforce the protocol’s long-term stability, placing credibility above the pursuit of short-term gains. Sky Protocol pointed out that its yield stablecoin sUSDS is the largest by scale in its peer group, and attributed this success to the protocol’s unique risk positioning relative to its competitors.
