Gate News reports that on March 27, according to the Islamic Republic News Agency on the 26th, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi emphasized during a phone call with Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid that Iran is determined to continue legitimate and robust defense in response to all acts of aggression. Raisi stated that Iran has the right to carry out legitimate defense against American military bases in the region, which are sources of aggression. He also called for vigilance against the conspiracy of “the U.S. and Israel attempting to create divisions and turmoil among Islamic countries through armed forces, utilizing terrorist organizations, and invading Iran by means of neighboring territories.”
