AI-related cryptocurrencies continue to rise after Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang presented his AI infrastructure vision at the Nvidia GTC developer conference. NEAR increased over 10%, reaching its highest since January; FET surged 20% before cooling off. WLD, co-founded by Sam Altman, rose about 10% to nearly $0.40; GRASS increased 13% to a new high in 2026.
Huang emphasized Nvidia’s central role in the AI wave, with projected chip demand reaching $1 trillion by 2027, mainly from major cloud providers. He also mentioned the trend of self-operating AI and the OpenClaw project, developed by Nvidia into NemoClaw for enterprises. Although not directly mentioning crypto, many blockchain projects are aiming to build infrastructure for AI.
