Gate News reports that on March 12, Feishu CEO Xie Xin posted on her social media, distinguishing the fundamental differences between personal and enterprise AI Agent usage scenarios. She believes that running an Agent on a personal computer is exploratory, and mistakes can be corrected; using an Agent in a business setting involves responsibility, and errors could lead to file deletion or data leaks. Xie Xin stated, “The upper limit of an Agent’s capabilities is exciting, but the lower limit of safety determines that it cannot truly enter the workplace. Without solving trust and security issues, the more powerful it becomes, the more dangerous.”
At the end of her post, Xie Xin pointed out, “This is also the problem we want to help everyone solve—allowing both individuals and enterprises to raise lobsters more conveniently and securely.” Since the Lunar New Year, the lobster craze has spread, with many users choosing Feishu to connect with OpenClaw. Feishu’s user base and activity have surged within a month. Recently, Feishu has launched a series of supporting features, including the one-click deployment of OpenClaw via Miaoda on March 9, and the release of OpenClaw security protection and governance guidelines on the same day.
