Dico Co., Ltd.: The subsidiary's infringement of invention patent rights involving 200 million yuan has been accepted for case.
DiKe Co., Ltd. issued an announcement. Its subsidiary, Zhejiang Sote Materials Technology Co., Ltd., has filed a lawsuit against Zhejiang Kaiying New Materials Co., Ltd. and its Shanghai branch for infringement of invention patent rights. The above lawsuit has been accepted by the Shanghai Higher People’s Court, and the amount involved is 200 million yuan. The plaintiff requests that the two defendants be ordered to immediately stop manufacturing, selling, and offering for sale photovoltaic silver paste series products that infringe the plaintiff’s invention patent, and to destroy the equipment and related molds specifically used to manufacture such paste products. At the same time, the plaintiff also demands joint compensation for economic losses and reasonable rights-protection fees totaling 200 million yuan.
