CryptoWorld News reports that Iran has denied rumors that Parliament Speaker Kalibaf has stepped down as head of Iran’s negotiation delegation.

On the 24th local time, the director of Iran’s Parliament’s Communications, Media and Culture Affairs Center said that Kalibaf has not resigned from any position, and that the appointment of Iran’s delegation head for the next round of negotiations has not yet been determined—whether it will be him or someone else. The official noted that the spread of these rumors is intended to disrupt public opinion, and that Mr. Kalibaf is still “carrying out his duties in earnest.”

On the 23rd, there were reports from Israel that, due to the intervention of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Kalibaf had resigned from Iran’s negotiating team.
