I found that grid/DCA strategies are best suited for improving sleep quality: the ups and downs are all done gradually according to plan, so you can still drink tea and go to work normally the next day. Conversely, going all-in is basically throwing your emotions into the mix as well; winning makes you excited for a day, losing might have you reviewing "why didn't I stop at that moment" for weeks... I prefer to slowly add water and steep tea, rather than holding a steaming cup and rushing forward. Recently, with the airdrop season back, the task platform's anti-witchcraft measures have made points accumulation as competitive as clocking in for work, so I don't want to make my positions too extreme. Discipline in execution feels more like a way to survive long-term than just watching the charts.
