China Eastern Airlines today signed a contract with Alibaba Qianwen, making Qianwen the first to connect with China Eastern Airlines, launching a full-process AI ticketing service, transforming the traditional OTA-dominated ticket sales process.
After users input their preferences in the AI chat interface, the AI automatically queries, compares, and recommends the most suitable China Eastern flights, then completes ticket purchase, seat selection, and check-in, with official support from China Eastern for ticket changes and refunds.
