CryptoWorld News reports that Lido states that Earneth's exposure to RSETH during the Kelp incident accounts for 9% of its total locked value. Currently, approximately $70 million worth of ETH has been recovered through remedial measures, and Lido has also retained a $3 million buffer for DAO losses. Lido further notes that only the Earneth vault is directly exposed to RSETH, and the core Lido staking protocol remains unaffected. As investigations continue, vault managers are handling asset recovery and addressing lending market pressures related to the incident. Lido also mentioned that if losses are recorded in the vault after recovery and resolution, a $3 million buffer funded by the Lido DAO treasury will be used.
