Wu Shuo learned that Metaplanet announced on Twitter that, by decision of the representative executive CEO, it will issue the 20th tranche of ordinary corporate bonds to EVO FUND, with a total issuance amount of 8,000,000,000 yen (approximately 50,000,000 USD). The coupon rate is zero, and the funds raised will be used to purchase BTC. The documents show that each bond has a principal amount of 200,000,000 yen, the issuance date is April 24, 2026, and the repayment date is scheduled for April 23, 2027.
