Odaily Planet Daily News reports that U.S. President Trump said on the 21st in an interview with the American Consumer News and Business Channel that he expects U.S. forces to continue bombing Iran after the ceasefire ends on the 22nd because he believes adopting this tough stance is “more appropriate.” The U.S. military is ready for action. Trump stated that the U.S. and Iran will ultimately reach a significant agreement, “We are in a strong negotiating position, very successful in dealing with them,” “The blockade operation is successful,” “There is not much time left.” Trump also said, “I think they (Iran) have no other choice; we have destroyed their navy and air force,” “We are prepared for military action.” (Xinhua News Agency)
