Recently, memes have become popular again, and I can't help but click in to take a look. But honestly, the excitement is just liquidity telling stories to each other. Narratives are the easiest way to get people hooked, so my self-imposed stop-loss is pretty simple: first, think clearly about "why am I buying," and if the answer is just "everyone is rushing in"... then accept that it can go to zero at any time, with a position small enough to sleep peacefully. There's also the kind of new L1/L2 projects that promote incentives while pulling TVL, and veteran users complain "mining, selling," which I see as a reminder: hype isn't a moat. Once subsidies stop, people disperse. Anyway, I don't fall in love with slogans; at most, I have a short-term fling with trends.
