Your life's dilemma is made up of everything you have always refused, the things you dare not want, do, or face.

Our brains always like to keep those things that make us timid, hesitant, or uncomfortable behind closed doors, thinking that avoiding them makes us safe.
But all the things you refuse to accept will eventually retaliate against you in the form of anxiety, obsession, and self-doubt.
The way to break the deadlock is not avoidance or confrontation, but acceptance and moving forward.
What you refuse is often not difficulty, but an opportunity for growth, a possibility for change.
You may avoid temporary suffering, but you will trap yourself in a narrow gap, day after day, watching time pass, opportunities slip away, and yourself gradually become the very person you once hated.
Go into your fears, do the things you are afraid of—that is the best way to break the deadlock.
