The U.S. military claims to have attacked a "drug trafficking ship" in the East Pacific, killing 6 people.

The Central Television reporter has learned that on March 8 local time, the U.S. Southern Command announced that the “Southern Spear” joint task force conducted an attack on a vessel in the Eastern Pacific, which was identified as being operated by a terrorist organization. Six male suspects were killed. The U.S. military stated that intelligence confirmed the vessel was sailing along a known drug trafficking route in the Caribbean and was involved in drug trafficking activities.
