Last Saturday (the 7th), Trump stated aboard Air Force One that if U.S. airstrikes kill all potential Iranian leaders and destroy Iran’s military, negotiations could become meaningless. “I think at some point, maybe no one will come out and say ‘We surrender.’”

He refused to specify how long military actions will last, insisting to persist regardless of the costs. He described Iran’s drone capabilities as significantly diminished, claiming the U.S. has hit their core, including nearly destroying all levels of leadership in the country.

Trump also declined to comment on whether ground troops will be sent to attack Iran. He did not rule out the possibility but emphasized that action must be based on very solid reasons. He also warned that launching a ground offensive would completely destroy Iran, preventing its military from fighting on the ground.

However, Trump has ruled out the possibility of Kurdish armed groups participating in the fight, stating that although they are willing to fight, he is concerned that involving them would complicate the war further, and thus has no intention of involving the Kurds.

Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, claimed that several U.S. soldiers have been captured, accusing the U.S. of claiming they were killed in battle to hide the truth.

The U.S. military quickly issued a statement rebutting, criticizing the Iranian regime for spreading lies and deception, with these claims being a clear example.

Additionally, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israel’s military operations against Iran are far from over and warned that more attacks will come in the future.

He emphasized that Israel has devised a comprehensive plan, including many unexpected measures, aimed at destabilizing the Iranian regime and promoting change.
