The three major U.S. stock indices all closed lower, with the Nasdaq down 1.59%

People’s Financial News, March 7 — On March 6, U.S. stock markets closed lower across the board. The Nasdaq fell 1.59%, the S&P 500 declined 1.33%, and the Dow Jones dropped 0.95%. Major technology stocks declined, with Intel down over 5%, Nvidia down 3%, Amazon and Tesla down more than 2%. Cryptocurrency-related stocks also retreated, with Riot Platforms dropping over 9%.

In Chinese concept stocks, Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index rose 0.69%, GDS Holdings increased over 7%, JD.com gained over 6%, Xpeng Motors rose 6%, and Ctrip and NetEase gained over 3%. Xiaopeng Motors fell over 8%, and Bilibili declined more than 3%.
